New / upgraded & redesigned replacement door handle seals.
OEM are NLA and part of the OEM handle.
OEM is plastic, prone to cracking and chipping.
Ours will be rubber. Not 3D printed.
REASONS FOR RUBBER
1) This process is costly but yields a much better quality product.
2) Flexes and won’t let your handle assembly chip paint like OEM.
3) No filament lines like 3D printing may yield
4) Easy install *** you can install our seal with the door handle still assembled. Replacing the seal as it’s currently constructed would require drilling out the pin and taking apart an 8 part assembly. With ours you unbolt the handle and trim the plastic off then slip the gasket over.
5) This gasket IS NOT FLAT. Cutting flat rubber will look and fit poorly. This will be molded to contour exactly.
