Refund policy
Refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis. There are no returns on items such as brake seals, clothing, made-to-order parts, used parts, body panels, damaged parts due to improper installation or mishandling, and/or restoration.
Parts labeled as “Lifetime Warranty” such as door handles, must be mailed in, evaluated, and a free replacement will mailed to you if deemed eligible. Return shipping will not be covered. If the product is deemed to have been damaged due to installation errror, Projekt 132 reserves the right to decline a warranty claim and the product will be returned to customer.
Returns/refund/exchange are limited to 30 days from the date of purchase and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
LARGE AND OR HIGH DOLLAR RARE ITEM SHIPMENT
- In the event your item is either large, rare, and or highly valuable, your shipping cost may be calculated at the time of shipment once packaged and insured and you will be invoiced the shipping cost after packaging is complete.
SPECIAL PACKAGING FEES
- Freight Shipment: large items requiring freight shipment and packaging are subject to a $150-$300 freight packaging fee for the custom assembly of a suitable pallet or crate for safe transport.
- Specialized packaging / shipping fees/costs are to be assessed once packaged and PACKAGING fees are NON REFUNDABLE. In the event the purchaser requests a cancellation of the order and the item has already been packaged, the purchaser forfeits their paid packaging fees and shipping costs if already paid and is subject to a 30% restocking fee for item(s).
Large and or high value items requiring specialized custom packaging and specialized shipping accommodations (crates, pallets, large boxes, valuable rare parts) are subject to an additional packaging fee $150-300 and will be assessed when complete.
