Refund policy

Refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis. There are no returns on items such as brake seals, clothing, made-to-order parts, damaged parts due to improper installation or mishandling, and/or restoration. 

Parts labeled as “Lifetime Warranty” such as door handles, must be mailed in, evaluated, and a free replacement will mailed to you if deemed eligible. Return shipping will not be covered. If the product is deemed to have been damaged due to installation errror, Projekt 132 reserves the right to decline a warranty claim and the product will be returned to customer. 

Returns/refund/exchange are limited to 30 days from the date of purchase and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
